Forwarding on your part:

Send us your original prescription after you’ve visited the doctor and filled in the order form below. Once you’ve filled in the order form, we’ll automatically send you a prepaid return envelope.

Directly by your doctor:

Your doctor can send the prescription to us directly, either by email, signed by hand with a HIN address, or as an electronic prescription. If we have any further questions, we will contact you.

Fill in the order form and receive our pre-paid envelope straight to your door.

Once you’ve filled in the order form, we’ll send you a pre-paid envelope free of charge so you can send us your original prescription*.
*We need the original prescription to be able to send you a medication. Tip: Your doctor can also send the prescription directly to us!

Every order placed with MediService undergoes a multi-stage pharmaceutical check by our pharmacists.

Three to four weeks before your repeat prescription expires, we will send you a reminder containing a list of medication for which your prescription is about to expire. The aim of the repeat prescription reminder is to help you avoid any interruption to treatment.

If you send us a new repeat prescription, please note the following:

Prescription = order. When you send us a prescription, the medication will be automatically delivered to you. If you want to send us your new prescription, but don’t want to have it delivered yet, simply tick the box on the accompanying repeat prescription reminder stating that you do not require any medication at the moment. You will then receive a follow-up order form (FOF) and can reorder your medication as usual (via FOF, customer account, telephone). If your doctor sends us the new prescription directly by fax or electronically, please ensure that it includes a note stating that you do not want your medication to be delivered yet.

Prescription validity: If your doctor signs the accompanying form with the listed medications and adds the date and practice stamp, this counts as a new prescription. NB. If the doctor does not state that it is a repeat prescription, the prescription will only be valid for a single delivery.
